Yoga Nidra
During the practice, a person lies in a comfortable position (Savasana), while the teacher’s voice gently guides them through stages of physical relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization.
Even though the body is fully relaxed, the mind remains in a state of awareness between sleep and wakefulness. This helps relieve stress, restore energy, improve sleep, and reconnect with the inner self.
The practice is accessible to everyone — it requires no physical preparation and is suitable even for those who have never done yoga before.
