Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions with Exotic and Basic tariffs are valid for one calendar month from the date of the first class.
  • The subscription is activated automatically upon the first visit or absence but no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Freezing of a subscription is possible only upon presentation of a sick leave or a doctor's certificate.
  • The total freeze period should not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • Subscriptions are valid only upon 100% prepayment.
  • Subscriptions are not issued on credit or partial payment basis.
  • Paid and activated subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Private Lessons
  • Private lessons are conducted with 100% prepayment.
  • The scheduling and pricing of the lessons are arranged exclusively through the studio administrator.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson is possible up to 24 hours before the start time. Otherwise, the payment is non-refundable.

Training Registration
  • Registration for training is mandatory.
  • To register for a session, you can use the 4places app (for self-registration) or contact the studio administrator via direct messages on Instagram or WhatsApp.

Missed Classes
  • Cancellation of class registration can be done up to 24 hours before the start of the workout.
  • Failure to cancel within the specified time frame results in automatic forfeiture of the class.
  • If you are registered for multiple consecutive classes in one day and one of them was canceled by the studio, you can cancel the remaining classes without deduction from your subscription by notifying within 60 minutes after receiving the cancellation notification.
  • If you realize you cannot attend a class or rent a pole after the cancellation time has passed, we recommend notifying us by phone or via direct message on Instagram.
  • If you feel unwell after the cancellation time and cannot attend the class, provide a doctor's certificate stating the reason for your absence within 24 hours after the missed class for a makeup session.

Preparation for Classes
  • Before starting classes, it is recommended to consult with a doctor.
  • If you have any contraindications or health restrictions, please inform the instructor before starting the classes.
  • Before the workout, remove jewelry from your hands and feet, as well as any other metal objects that may damage equipment or cause skin injuries.
  • Wearing outdoor shoes in the training or dance hall (room) is prohibited.
  • Visiting classes under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. It is not recommended to attend classes when you are ill.
  • Before attending classes, the client is required to independently familiarize themselves with and comply with the safety rules (you can familiarize yourself with the safety rules on the website http://labo.ge/safety_rules).
  • Persons under 18 years of age are allowed to attend group, individual, or independent classes only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Rules for Personal Belongings
  • It is recommended to use an individual locker for storing personal belongings during the workout.
  • You can leave strippers or dance shoes in a specially designated area.
  • The studio administration is not responsible for items left in the studio without supervision.
  • The studio administration is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the studio.

End of Workout
  • After completing the workout, the student must return the equipment in proper condition to its storage place (except for poles).
  • If you used grip aids, thoroughly clean the equipment from the used substance.

Cancellation of Classes, Schedule Changes, Substitute Instructors
  • Cancellation of a class in the absence of registration is carried out in the day group at 10:00 PM the day before the workout, and in the evening group at 1:00 PM on the day of the workout.
  • The studio reserves the right to change the schedule.
  • Classes canceled due to the studio's or instructor's fault are not deducted from the subscription or are subject to makeup in case of deduction.
  • If you were registered for classes that the studio canceled, the subscription is extended until the next class of this trainer and direction. In case of instructor absence, the studio arranges a substitute.
  • Such a class is considered conducted and is not subject to makeup.

Hall Rental
  • Hall rental is divided into single-use and long-term rentals. Single-use hall rental refers to renting the hall for one session lasting up to 3 hours. Long-term hall rental is for more than one day or for one day lasting over 3 hours.
  • Single-use hall rental requires 100% prepayment. Once full payment is made for the selected hours and date, the booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a single-use hall booking is possible if the administrator is notified (via direct messages on Instagram or WhatsApp) at least 72 hours before the booking starts. Otherwise, the paid amount is non-refundable.
  • Long-term hall rental requires either 100% prepayment or a 50% advance payment. Without a 50% or 100% prepayment, the booking will not be confirmed. The remaining 50% for long-term rental must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the booking.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a long-term booking with a refund is possible if the administrator is notified (via direct messages on Instagram or WhatsApp) at least 3 weeks before the booking starts. Otherwise, the payment is non-refundable and the booking cannot be rescheduled.
  • In all cases of hall rental, rescheduling the booking is only possible if there is available time and it is approved by the administrator (via direct messages on Instagram or WhatsApp).
  • The client in whose name the hall is booked is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the hall, as well as ensuring safety for all participants during the rental period.
  • The client in whose name the hall is booked is financially responsible for any damage to the property and equipment of the rented hall.

Pole Rental
  • Booking for pole rental is mandatory.
  • Prepayment for pole rental is required and must be made at least 2 hours before the start of the session; otherwise, the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the service at the selected time.
  • The pole rental service is intended solely for personal training and cannot be used for commercial filming or any other commercial activities.
  • Only one person can train on a single pole, but one participant may rent multiple poles for personal training.
  • Booking for pole rental can be canceled up to 12 hours before the session starts. After this period, the payment is non-refundable, and the service is considered provided.
  • The client is responsible for familiarizing themselves with safety rules and adhering to them during training.
  • The client is financially responsible for any damage to the property and equipment of the rented hall.

Code of Conduct
  • Each visitor to the studio is recommended to observe public order and norms of behavior, show respect for other visitors, studio personnel, and instructors, avoiding actions that may endanger others.
  • Otherwise, access to the studio may be denied.
  • Visiting the studio with pets is only possible with written (including electronic) permission from the studio administration.
  • If you encounter discrimination, disrespectful, or rude behavior while in the studio, please inform the studio administrator.

For the safety and comfort of studio visitors, the studio administration reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation.
