The goal of hatha yoga is to achieve a balance between physical and mental aspects of the self. The practice strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, improves respiratory function, and reduces stress. Suitable for all levels, hatha yoga not only promotes physical well-being but also fosters harmony of the soul and body. It teaches mindfulness of movement and breathing, aids in stress management, and enhances the body's energy levels.
