Hello! I'm a beginner yoga instructor with 8 years of personal yoga practice and experience in regularly conducting yoga breaks for my colleagues at the office. I hold a 200-hour YTTC certificate from Tbilisi Yoga Community and have attended workshops and master classes led by Indian yoga teachers.
Philosophy: The main focus of my classes is self-care. We learn to listen to ourselves, understand our bodies, and determine how much we can challenge ourselves without taking risks while still progressing gradually. I aim to show students that yoga is a comprehensive practice with benefits that go beyond just achieving physical flexibility, like doing the splits. It’s about cultivating mindfulness and gratitude for what your body can do in the present moment.
