Ballet body sculpt
Inspired by classical ballet, Ballet Body uses its principles to help you achieve your goals and improve health without requiring special training or performances. Ballet body sculpt combines ballet, yoga, and pilates. Develops musicality, coordination, and works all muscle groups. Helps gain balance, lightness, and fluidity.

Who can join?
Anyone! Suitable for all ages and great for those with spinal or joint issues. Perfect for adults interested in acting or other dance styles.

What to expect:
A one-hour workout with cardio, strength exercises, and stretching. Uses body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands to modern music.

Why you'll love it:
Builds endurance and aesthetic muscle tone. Strengthens the respiratory system with proper breathing. Ends with a stretch to prevent injuries and soreness.

I am passionate about longevity, believing that forming good habits early is essential. One of these habits is regular training. As a trainer and individual, my primary goal is to instill a love and discipline for consistent exercise.
